ADULT MIXED CLASSES
Beginner Onboard Boxing
If you are brand new to the sport this will be the first month of your training. Brand-new boxers will sign up for 4 sessions per month. These classes will take place throughout the month, during a Tuesday or Wednesday class. You will learn how to skip and then warm up with the main class. When the class starts you break
off with your coach to learn the basics of boxing; punches, stance, footwork, and defense. At the same time, you will see how the other coaches run the intermediate class. You will only complete this program once.

Intermediate Boxing
When you have completed the Onboarding program, or you have less than 6 months in Boxing, or you have already been with us for a while and this is the perfect schedule for you!

Advanced/Competitive Boxing
After an intermediate completes their 6 months in the Intermediate program or those who have already been training these nights, you will be considered Advanced Program. This gives you an additional night to train with a more advanced class.

WOMEN'S BOXING PROGRAM
Whether you are in shape, athletic or not at all. That doesn't matter! We offer this class for females of all ages, experience and fitness levels. We aim to improve your Cardiovascular health, burn calories and improve your overall strength.

Daytime Only Classes
Are you interested in a small class setting? More one on one? Have you passed the Onboarding Program? These would be perfect for you. Only catch, they run during the day.

Kid's Boxing Program
Our Kids's program only runs in 6-8 week sessions with a minimum of 5 kids registered, please message to see if there is a session coming up. These classes focus on the fundamentals of boxing, the importance of exercise and staying both physically and mentally fit. We teach your your kids dicipline and self defence while they have fun and enjoyable time.
