Beginner - Advance Level Program


  • Fundamentals of boxing
  • ​Shadow boxing in front of a mirror
  • Learning the technique of boxing including focus mitts and bag work
  • Conditioning and core training

These classes are geared towards sharing the knowledge of the art of boxing along with a great cardio workout, Coach Nelson concentrates on working with the individual whether their goals are fitness or getting prepared for a bout.


Muay Thai

Beginner - Advance Level Program


  • 45min - 1hour Muay Thai class
  • Designed to break down the technique to pad holding, boxing, elbows, round kicks, & much more
  • ​Each beginner’s class is different & will focus on different combos each time
  • Done Bare Foot In the Matted Gym
  • Utilizing long bags, teardrop bags, Thai pads & kick shields
  • Learning drills & combinations

  • ​Core work and stretching is included in every class.

Strength Training


30 Minute Strength Workout

Upper and lower body strength is important for everyday demands, plus it helps you combat the aging process or level up in your training regime. Using various equipment, this class will help you strengthen your whole body.
By building and repairing muscles through upper/lower body strength training, you can expect to see muscle growth, recovery, and weight loss.
