I’m out of shape and nervous to start. Should I get my cardio up before booking my Trial?

A.

It’s always better to have our Instructors guide you to get your cardio and fitness up. We have beginners join the program daily and our staff is trained to help you along the way.

Q.

I have a few minor injuries from the past. Would that affect my ability to participate in this program?

A.

In most cases we can modify your workout to accommodate your personal limitations and that’s what makes this program so amazing. It’s the beauty of martial arts in that most everyone can participate at their own pace and limitation.

Q.

How many classes a week do you recommend I attend to get results?

A.

We recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week to get amazing results. Some of our members attend classes every day and there are some that maintain their health with 1-2 classes per week.
